Take probiotics supplements or eat veggie kraut (fermented cabbage) or drink rejuvelac (sprouted and soaked summer wheatberries) or UNflavored yogurt.

Support local organic farmers/coops.

If you already suffer from digestive disorders or distress, begin with eating foods steamed to ease digestion. Your body is very toxic & deficient at this point and must heal in stages. Shift slowly to more raw foods.

wild rice, black rice, brown rice

Many people are allergic to wheat gluten; cut out wheat & barley to test this for your own body.

1-3 servings a day

If you would like meat/dairy, eat only free-range, hormone-free, pesticide-free, torture-free types.

Don't eat the same foods every week or everyday.  Try variety! Each food has different variations of vitamins, enzymes, & minerals.
